"Great place! The food was absolutely amazing, the pizza was perfect, and the appetizers were ideal for food sharing, full of flavor and variety. The ribs were outstanding: tender, juicy, and literally falling off the bone. The risotto was also delicious, creamy and rich in taste. "Caramella was a great find in Trastevere! One of the few restaurants in the area where you can make reservations, which made arriving super easy with no wait time. The staff was friendly and welcoming, making the experience even better. This is not your typical Italian restaurant, it’s more of a restaurant-bar hybrid with loud music and a party vibe. If you’re looking for a fun and lively spot, this is it! Upon arrival, we were greeted with four complimentary glasses of delicious wine, and at the end of our meal, they offered us limoncello on the house, such a nice touch. The menu has a great variety, including pizza, salads, burgers, and classic Italian dishes. We had the Caesar salad and lasagna, both of which were delicious and well-prepared. We also had their pizza with French fries on it. Overall, the atmosphere, food, and service made for a fantastic experience. If you’re in Trastevere and want great food with a fun vibe, I’d definitely recommend Caramella! Even our kids loved the vibe."

"A well thought out and beautifully designed restaurant with good food and friendly service. The burger was excellent and the meal was topped off with a huge bottle of limoncello for you to take a shot, which was a nice touch. The pasta is not as fresh as other restaurants in the area, but we still enjoyed the food and service."
